The aforementioned report, issued by the Secretary of State for Finance, is in compliance with the implementation schedule for the reform contained in section R1 of Component 27 of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, which is to be completed with a definitive evaluation in the fourth quarter of 2023.
The report, dated December 2023, analyses a total of 22 measures contained in Law 11/2021 on “measures to prevent and combat tax fraud”.
When preparing said report, several entities, associations and foundations – a total of five – were asked to collaborate, amongst them Fundación Impuestos y Competitividad.
For the Board of Trustees of the Foundation it is highly gratifying to have been asked to assist with a task, which, requiring in-depth knowledge of the Spanish tax system and the reality of its implementation, has an impact on the monitoring of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan and will greatly impact the business activity and Spanish economy.
We therefore consider it necessary to share the news with our followers and contacts, in the trust that the collaboration by Fundación Impuestos y Competitividad contributes, if only to a limited extent, to the attainment of the general interest objectives linked to the R.T.R.P.
